At LinkAssure, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality services to every customer. Because our services often include custom setup, equipment leasing, and subscription-based monitoring, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Subscription Services
All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time within a billing period.
If your plan includes a minimum term commitment (e.g., 12, 24, or 36 months), early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. You may still be responsible for the remaining balance of your contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Equipment Leasing
Fees associated with equipment leasing, including one-time setup and installation charges, are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the equipment has shipped.
Leased equipment must be returned in good working condition upon cancellation. Failure to return leased hardware may result in replacement charges.

3. Service Issues or Interruptions
We do not offer refunds for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider (ISP), power outages, or circumstances outside of LinkAssure’s control.
If you believe you experienced a service failure due to our equipment or monitoring platform, please contact us to review your case. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit for verified downtime.

4. One-Time Services
Payments for consultations, one-time setup, or network assessments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
