LinkAssure offers managed internet monitoring, equipment leasing, and support services for property owners, short-term rental hosts, and small businesses. Service offerings may vary based on your selected plan and equipment compatibility.

2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain proper use of leased equipment, and follow local laws when using our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your location has a compatible internet connection and hardware as required by the selected plan.

3. Payments and Subscriptions
All services are billed according to the plan you select. Payments are due monthly or per the agreed-upon billing cycle. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms of the plan.

4. Minimum Terms and Cancellations
Most service plans include a minimum term commitment (e.g., 12, 24, or 36 months). Early cancellation may not be permitted or may result in additional fees or the requirement to pay the remaining balance of the term. Refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing period. Leased equipment must be returned in working condition upon cancellation, or additional charges may apply.

5. Equipment Leasing
Leased equipment remains the property of LinkAssure. Damage, loss, or failure to return equipment may result in replacement fees. You agree not to modify or resell any leased hardware.

6. Service Limitations
LinkAssure is not responsible for internet outages caused by your ISP, power failures, or third-party network issues. While we strive for maximum uptime and proactive monitoring, 100% service continuity cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability
LinkAssure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the prior 30 days.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
